- We run your credit (cost $35.00).
- We review your credit score and talk about your debt and your income to see if you qualify to file bankruptcy.
- If you decide to file a bankruptcy, we provide you with a detailed list of information that we will need, but immediately start taking information off of you.
- Most Bankruptcies can be filed within the same week of the initial consultation. It all depends on when you take your credit class.
